Objective Outcome
Define various dynamics and their implications associated with today’s dynamic and ever changing global digital and technical economy. Participants will better understand how to use various Web 2.0 and 3.0 applications for marketing, market research, product development and other essential components.
Teach participants the importance and value of differentiating themselves from the competition. Participants will learn how to develop their value proposition using MEAPA’s practical template that they can immediately complete and then implement.
Outline the basic format associated with strategic planning and goal setting that they can apply to their decision making process. Participants will learn how to use a practical template for strategic planning and goal setting they can then apply to forecast assumptions, marketing strategies and targeting customers.
Review a shared set of attributes found among other entrepreneurs and small business owners who found unique ways to achieve and sustain growth. Participants will learn a variety of new ways of thinking about their issues by evaluating their own personal strengths and weaknesses and creating a plan of action moving forward.
