Introduction: MEAPA's Think. Act. Grow. (TAG) learning solutions are each designed to expand the way people think, apply new ways of thinking to their particular situations so they can act, and begin the process of personal, organizational, or community growth.  Click here to read what clients say about MEAPA.  

Each TAG learning solution is extremely practical leading to direct application immediately following the session.   All TAG learning solutions have the following components:

• Think: Participants will be challenged with a broad exposure to thinking and perspectives from a variety of disciplines. The purpose is to shift people out of their normal thinking zones so they can consider new opportunities.
• Act: Interactive exercises are used to help participants apply new ways of thinking to their particular situation.
• Grow: Combining new ways of thinking with direct action leads participants to find their own pathways to growth and success. This growth starts immediately upon completion of these very practical sessions.
  

Supportive Materials: Each TAG learning solution has a participant workbook containing exercises and bibliographies of reference material. MEAPA supports its TAG programs with free e-books on related topics.  For a free download of our books or articles, please visit MEAPA's publications page.

MEAPA offers two different formats of TAG: Universal and Specialized Content.

• TAG Universal - A universal learning solution designed for everyone who wants to challenge the way they think, the way they perform, and the results they have obtained. It is equally effective for individuals or for teams from the same company, organization, or community. There are two tracks for TAG Universal with different goals for each.

• TAG: Planning Track - This track is ideal for anyone who wants to craft a specific targeted plan to achieve any goal or future vision. Due to the nature of TAG, it is equally effective for an individual goal, a community project, or management team, product team or department planning. It is an essential step for anyone who want to create their future.  Contents include but are not limited to the following material:

• The Choice to be purposeful

• TAG: Challenge Track - This track is for people who want to expand their thinking to open new opportunities, but who do not have a specific goal setting or planning requirement.   Contents include but are not limited to the following material:

• Perceiving of unique opportunities
• Using fear and risk to analyze situations
• Solving problems
• Deconstructing complex issues
• Energy and growth.
  

• TAG Specialized Content - designed for the following specific audiences:

• TAG for Community Leaders - Designed for civic leaders, economic development officials, community development officials, workforce development officials, tourism representatives, volunteer boards, and other key community stakeholders who want to take a new approach to a better future.   Contents include but are not limited to the following material:
