Remaining Relevant

Longevity as a company or an employee should never be confused with future effectiveness, competence or value. History provides plenty of examples of organizations that have collapsed after a long period of time because its leadership lacked the vision and energy to stay relevant. Individuals hold positions of employment for extended periods of time and wonder how they too end up irrelevant.
