Mental Health

We spend a great deal of time obsessing over our physical appearance and health which includes eating, clothing exercising and basic hygiene. Such an approach is beneficial to one's physical appearance but also helps prevent against a variety of health issues and generally makes us feel good about ourselves. How much time, however, do you spend on your mental health? If one of the common traits and habits of successful people is taking action despite fear why are people so paralyzed by it? Failing to manage fear is perhaps one of the unhealthiest things a person can do. How aware are you of your fears? Are you working on managing them each day so that you can take action despite them? Or do you prevent yourself from living because of fear? Setting aside some time for mental health each day, in order to learn how to live amidst the fear, is perhaps one of the healthiest things you can do.
