MEAPA's Action Steps

MEAPA uses five types of Action Steps when organizations hire us to train their employees and when individuals attend our workshops or purchase our publications:

  • Assessments - self-reflection related to a variety of topics.
  • Reflections - recent and historical events to reflect upon.
  • Exercises - an activity for you to consider completing.
  • Stories - backstories of individuals.
  • Questions - thought provoking words or phrases to answer.

Listed below are over 120 Action Steps for individuals to consider.  Prior to starting any of the Action Steps, however, individuals should complete the PATH (Personal Assessment of Traits and Habits to Success).  Completing PATH allows people an opportunity to increase their self-awareness as they look to answer questions, address issues or achieve their personal, professional or organizational goals.
