View Smallness

With so much on your plate it can be overwhelming to think about all of the tasks you have to do. If you can view the small components involved with
each task it may be easier for you to work towards. Break each task down into as many small pieces as possible so that it becomes a bit more manageable.
For this action step, consider writing down a specific task that you need to complete today or perhaps this week. Underneath that task write down as
many small steps that you can think of in order to complete that task. Think as small as possible and in doing so you can give yourself a chance at making one step forward at a
time.
