Use A Calendar

Use a calendar to write down all of the things you need to do.  Estimate how long it will take you to do something and then find some time on your daily calendar for that task.  Placing your to do list on your calendar can help improve how you complete any number of the tasks you need to do each day.

 

For this action step, consider writing down your to do list on a calendar just for today.  Since your tasks require time, estimate when you would like to get each one completed today.  At the end of the day, if specific tasks are unfinished, consider moving them to another date and time.  Doing so allows you to eventually get things done one step at a time.
