Remember Your Manners

Remembering your manners is a critical task to consider as you look to think more effectively, take action and grow both personally and professionally.
Amidst your busy schedule juggling so many different tasks, remember your manners. Doing so can help you better control how you react to people and situations. If you would like others to
use their manners around you, then demonstrate by example.
For this action step, during your next event, meeting or conversation ask yourself some or all of the following questions:
- If you met someone new did you say "It's nice to meet you?"
- If someone offered to help you out did you say "thank you?"
- If someone thanked you for your efforts did you say "it was my pleasure?" or "you are very welcome?"
