What is the core of Saskatchewan's TAG Training Program? MEAPA's fundamental belief is that "an entity will only grow as much as its people grow." For example: a small business will only grow as much as a small business owner grows; a community will only grow as much as its leaders and residents grow. This belief forms the core of Saskatchewan's TAG Training Program.
Why is there a need for Saskatchewan's TAG Training Program? Saskatchewan will continue to confront a variety of challenges in today's ever changing and dynamic global economy. TAG can help Saskatchewan's leaders,
entrepreneurs, executives and residents think effectively, identify opportunities, solve problems and take positive action.

The majority of traditional training today involves topics such as communication, critical thinking, conflict resolution, relationship building, managing people,
sales and personal development. TAG is different and therefore a very unique learning experience. TAG is unique because it uses a multidisciplinary approach to highlight a shared set of attributes
found among individuals who that demonstrated effective thinking and positive action in order to empower themselves and/or their community, business, organization or
school.
Since individuals of all ages and in any profession could benefit from learning how to think more effectively in order to take positive action in their personal and professional lives, TAG is appropriate for just about anyone in Saskatchewan willing to dedicate themselves to the program.

How long is the Saskatchewan TAG Program? This will be a two day event hosted by the University and will take place on campus.
Why should the University of Saskatchewan offer this unique experience for the entire community? Saskatchewan competes in today's ever changing and dynamic global economy and it is imperative that it continue to educate its leaders and residents in the belief that an organization will only grow as much as its people grow. Therefore, TAG will benefit Saskatchewan's leaders and residents by helping them to think and act effectively in order to grow so they can in turn help the community grow.
How much does the Saskatchewan TAG Program cost? For MEAPA to send Dr. Michael Edmondson and Dr. Peter Abramo to Saskatchewan for two days the cost is $6,500 and includes all travel costs.
