British Columbia's Think. Act. Grow. (TAG) Training Program

What are the outcomes of the British Columbia TAG Training Program?

The majority of traditional training today involves topics such as communication, critical thinking, conflict resolution, relationship building, managing people, sales and personal development. TAG is different and therefore a very unique learning experience. TAG is unique because it uses a multidisciplinary approach to highlight a shared set of attributes found among individuals who that demonstrated effective thinking and positive action in order to empower themselves and/or their community, business, organization or school.

Since individuals of all ages and in any profession could benefit from learning how to think more effectively in order to take positive action in their personal and professional lives, TAG is appropriate for just about anyone in British Columbia willing to dedicate themselves to the program.

By attending the British Columbia TAG Training Program you will be able to:

  • Recognize that an entity will only grow as much as its people grow.  MEAPA believes that a community will only grow as much as its leaders and residents grow; a small business will only grow as much as its owner grows; a school will only grow as much as its teachers grow and a business will only grow as much as its managers and workers grow.  TAG provides attendees with a unique learning experience focused on how one's personal growth is directly related to the growth of their community, business, organization or school.
  • Increase your ability to be an agent of positive change both in your personal and professional life.  MEAPA believes that individuals have the capacity to be agents of positive change but with so many distractions and challenges today it remains difficult for people to often work on their abilities.  TAG provides attendees with practical exercises that sharpen their abilities to affect change and that they can immediately implement in their personal life as well as in their community, business, organization or school.
  • Enhance your capacity for resourcefulness and ingenuity so that you can solve problems and create opportunities more efficiently.  MEAPA believes that individuals can take their intelligence, character and ambition to new levels if inspired. TAG provides attendees with intriguing stories from a variety of fields such as business, history, arts and sciences, popular culture and sports that will inspire them to spark their resourcefulness and ingenuity.
  • Improve your leadership aptitude by recognizing its various components so that you can lead yourself and others on a more consistent basis.  MEAPA believes that individuals possess leadership abilities beyond their current levels.  TAG provides attendees with insights into the various types and elements of leadership in order for attendees to evaluate their own style and improve upon it moving forward.
  • Stimulate new levels of collaboration with others by harnessing the power of individuals in order to empower your community, business, organization or school. MEAPA believes that when individuals work together progress is possible on new levels. TAG provides attendees with various examples of how they can collaborate in order to harness the collective power of each other.
  • Recognize the value of individualism with a deeper understanding that one person can make a difference.  MEAPA believes that individuals on their own possess extraordinary talent and potential for self-expression and by developing themselves on a consistent long-term basis.  TAG provides attendees with ways to think differently about individualism in the 21st century using new technology to empower people to develop their individuality and make a positive difference.
